Warminster welcomed FC Bristol to Weymouth Street under the lights hoping to make it three wins in a row. The visitors dominated and it took a superb save by Sam Thomson, tipping an effort onto the post, to keep them at bay. However, on 20 mins, they did take the lead, Thomson making a good save and the rebound being put into an empty net by Kinsly Murray; however, it looked offside, but the goal was given.
Number 2 arrived 9 mins later, Warminster failing to deal with a ball in the box, and Sacha Tong smashes into the top corner to make it 0-2 for the visitors. In the second half, Warminster had a few shots which were spilled and gathered by the away goalkeeper, but the final nail in the coffin came 15 mins from time, Elan Plummer slotting past Sam Thomson. Overall a pretty lacklustre display. After two wins in a row, this was a big reality check for Warminster, who now face two tricky away tests, starting with AEK Boco away on Saturday, followed by an away trip to Brislington on Tuesday.
